Nice, cozy, clean, and silent hotel, close to Opera, Naschmarkt and Karlsplatz metro station, polite staff. The rooms have an Austrian flavor, and are well organised. Definitely, I would come back again.

Good selection for breakfast and plenty of it. The location of the hotel is extremely central to several places of interest, and plenty of restaurants within a short walking distance. Staff were able to assist us in booking our return flight details and printing our boarding passes.

Great staff at the front desk. They were super helpful and friendly with good english communication. We really loved our stay at the hotel. The location is also amazing. We would definitely come back to this hotel next time we are at Vienna.

Great location, comfortable walking distance to all centre attractions and shopping streets. I am a single Hind Quarter Amputee and walk using crutches, strolling around centre city from hotel was no problem. All staff friendly, helpful and excellent. Room was spacious, quiet, very clean with good aircon. Did not avail of breakfast. We would stay here again.

Good location, good size room with kettle. 800 meters walk to the main attractions, 4 mins walk to the subway, 2 kilometers to the central train station, which is 2 stops by subway.

The location is more than perfect. Quiet for sleeping but close to everything. I really liked the breakfast, if you only stay 2 or 3 nights it has enough options in my opinion. Decent coffee from the machine. I liked the room too- luminous and with enough space to open a suitcase or roll out a yoga mat.

Stayed 3 days. Took CAT train from airport to city center and taxi to hotel. Location is great. One block is Naschmarkt a row of restaurants with great food. State opera is only 9 min walking surrounded by parks, museums and the Royal palace.

Very good hotel near the main historic and beautiful buildings, two or three blocks away only. Very near on subway Karlplatz and the Opera building too. Ten minutes of the train station. Really comfortable and spacious room.
